• Personal appearance of the applicant with original and copies of Passport, Hong Kong ID Card / valid visa, Pakistani CNIC/POC/NICOP and a valid Driving License.
• For Foreign Passport holders, the applicant must provide the proof that applicant has lived for at least six months in Pakistan while obtaining driving license (Entry/Exit stamp on Passport), or applicant had the Pakistani driving licence issued for at least five years ago, at the time of applying for the exchange of license.
• For Pakistan Passport holders, the applicant must provide the proof (Entry/Exit stamp on Passport) that he was in Pakistan when license was issued.
• Fee of 200 HKD will be charged to be paid online at the Consulate along with application submission.

Note 1: Both Pakistan and Foreign Passport holders are eligible to apply, subject to provision of requisite document.
Note 2: Around 14 days are required to process the case and refer to Transport Department. Applicants are advised to approach Transport Department not before 14 days from the date of case submission.

• Personal Appearance or Blood Relative presence of the Employer is must.
• 4 filled blue Forms from Immigration Department with names, signatures and phone numbers of employer and helper.
• Copy of House Contract or House Registry.
• Bank Statement for the last three months with proof of income not less than 15,000/- per month, as per requirement.
• Business/Job Proof letter
• Original and valid clear copy of Pakistani CNIC/NICOP/POC.
• Original and valid clear copy of Passport (Foreign or Pakistani).
• Original and clear copy of Hong Kong ID card.
• Please Pay online fee 280 HKD in National Bank Account 2000004882 at the Consulate along with Forms and documents.

Helper

• Valid and Clear Copy of Pakistan ID card (both sides)
• Valid and Clear Copy Pakistan Passport page attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan (QR Code must show original Document)
• Experience Letters as Helper/Housemaid
• Last Visa Copy, Last Contract blue Form, HKID Copy (If Renewal Contract)
• Police character certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan (QR Code must show original Document).

Fee for Attestation is HK$ 280/-

Note 1: Minimum age for Male Helper 21 Years and for Female 25 years.
