In order to facilitate the online applicants applying through id.nadra.gov.pk, NADRA is introducing Online Complaint Management System expanding its customer’s reach through Audio and Video calls via Skype.
All customers who have any complaints or require information pertaining to online ID card services shall be able to talk to the Director Pak ID directly via Skype ID email@example.com on every Thursday from 1500Hrs to 1600Hrs PST.
In order to facilitate maximum number of customers, following parameters needs to be considered:
Audio/Video call duration is maximum 3 Mins for each.
Complaints regarding online processing will be answered only.
