In line with our continued commitment to enhance consular services and facilitate the Pakistani community in Hong Kong, the Consulate General of Pakistan in Hong Kong, with the support of National Bank of Pakistan, is pleased to announce the following in respect of Passport Fee:
Further, the fees for other Consular Services are properly defined, which can also be paid online/FPS now. The applicants are encouraged to deposit fees online/ FPS, which saves time and additional charges.

The Consulate General of Pakistan in Hong Kong SAR is pleased to announce that E-Passport services will commence from Thursday, 15th October 2026.
The E-Passport is a secure, biometric travel document that meets international standards and incorporates advanced security features to facilitate safer and more efficient international travel.
Please note that, from Thursday, 15th October 2026, Machine-Readable Passports (MRPs) will no longer be processed at Pakistan’s Missions abroad, including the Consulate General of Pakistan in Hong Kong.
Current, unexpired Machine-Readable Passports remain fully valid until their respective expiration dates. Once an existing MRP expires, the holder must apply for an E-Passport.
The E-Passport Fee Schedule in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for Online/FPS submission, effective from 15 October 2026, is provided below.
